Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: • Cancellation or rescheduling must be done with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. • To reschedule, log in to your online booking account or email us for assistance. RESCHEDULING AND LATE BOOKINGS: • Appointments typically require a 24-hour advance notice. • For bookings with less than 24 hours' notice, please email us to confirm availability. LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) and no-shows result in a financial loss for CPP Trading, as other clients/students could have booked that spot if proper notice was given. • In such cases, the session credit will be considered used with no refund or rescheduling available. EXCEPTIONS: • In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Thank you for your cooperation.
